Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

A Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a digital mapping tool used essentially for the collection, manipulation and representation of geographically representable information in a map format. The true strength of GIS lies in the analysis of the underlying attribute information, which when analysed spatially, reveals a whole world of unseen relationships of cause and effect. GIS is a fantastic tool for analysing the environment, it is the cornerstone to our projects and services and enables significant advantages to our projects. We also use GIS to develop bespoke web applications for our clients, enabling them to monitor their sites and projects as well as view relevant imagery and data.
